I’m a high quality fitness professional who prides myself on results. I’m very attentive to detail, both regarding nutrition and training. I prefer to educate and inform my clients, as well as give effective and rewarding workouts.

The studio is of a private boutique environment. Our atmosphere is non-intimidating to new members, and is a very welcoming place in general to workout at.
